Is Black Rose Ice Cream safe for people with nut allergies?
All of our ice creams are made using a coconut milk and oat milk base, intentionally avoiding common milk alternatives that people may be allergic to. While we do our best to minimise cross-contamination, our products are prepared in a kitchen where allergens may still be present. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before placing your order.
Are your ice creams gluten-free?
Yes — all of our signature flavours are gluten-free, with the exception of Grapenut. If you have any dietary concerns or questions about specific flavours, feel free to reach out before ordering.
How should I store my ice cream?
For the best experience, keep your ice cream frozen until you're ready to enjoy it. We recommend letting it sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before scooping. For optimal flavour and texture, enjoy within 30 days of purchase.
Are all your ice creams vegan?
Yes! All Black Rose Ice Cream flavours are completely vegan and dairy-free.
What sizes are available?
Our ice cream is available in pints as standard. Gallons are also available upon request for events, gatherings, and special orders.

Where can I see this week's flavours?
Each week's flavour lineup is announced every Monday on our website and social media channels. Orders remain open until 12PM on Thursday for weekend delivery.
When will I get my order?
Yes! We offer ice cream for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, festivals, and other special occasions. To ensure availability and allow adequate time for planning, we require a minimum of two weeks' notice for all event bookings.
